CLASS DESCRIPTION: Yin/Yang Yoga is a balanced practice that blends gentle, flowing movement with deep, restorative stillness, inviting both strength and softness into the body. Each class begins with a warming Yang sequence to awaken energy and mobility, then slowly transitions into longer-held Yin postures to calm the nervous system, release tension, and encourage introspection. A weekly theme guides our practice each week, so you leave with something to carry into your life beyond the mat.

Through guided breathwork, moments of silence, and gentle awareness practices, you’ll learn to regulate energy, release mental tension, and reconnect with a sense of ease and presence. Each session unfolds at an unhurried pace, offering a supportive space to pause, breathe deeply, and cultivate clarity and calm that can be carried into everyday life.
