Yin + Riconstituente Yoga

CLASS DESCRIPTION: The practice of Yin is the art of letting go and tuning in. Students hold postures for at least 1 minute and reduce muscular tension to allow complete relaxation and an opening of the body. This is not necessarily an easy practice, but the benefits are tenfold. Restorative yoga is a more relaxed practice. It is the complete release of muscular tension, using props to completely support the body and promote deep rest. - The 22 Collective


Gentle Yoga Flow

CLASS DESCRIPTION: In Gentle Flow Yoga, every movement is an invitation to mindfully unwind and connect with your body and breath. Each class is thoughtfully designed for praticioners of all levels, focusing on slow, flowing sequences that promote flexibility, strength and relaxation. Embrace the serene atmosphere and deepen your connection to your mind, body, and spirit.


Pranayama + Meditation

Friday 10am - 10:30am at The22

CLASS DESCRIPTION: Our meditation and pranayama classes are attached to our yoga asana classes, allowing students to benefit from the physical practice before moving into a quieter space for the internal work to continue. We take our members through various meditation techniques to provide them different tools to find calm and rejuvenation.
